Check the packaging & device

• Remove all packaging. Inspect the device, mains cable and plug.
• Ensure the unit is switched off before connecting to the mains.

Plug into the mains

• Connect the device to the specified mains voltage. Make sure the cable is placed safely (no trip hazard).

Select a massage attachment

• Choose one of the 3 interchangeable massage heads (nubbed, round, cylinder). Screw it into place: turn anti-clockwise to remove, clockwise to mount.

Switch on and set intensity

• Turn the control knob clockwise past the stop to switch on the device.
• Use the infinitely adjustable control to set a comfortable massage intensity.
