How To Use

  • Sit comfortably with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and rest for about 5 minutes before measuring.
  • Place the cuff on your bare wrist, about 1 cm below the base of your hand, and fasten it snugly—but not too tight.
  • Raise your wrist so it is at the same level as your heart, then press the START button to begin measurement. Look straight ahead, keep still and don’t speak during the measurement.
  • The monitor will inflate automatically and display your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.
  • After measurement, you can view previous readings stored in memory. The BC 50 stores 2 users × 60 readings each.
  • When finished, remove the monitor and store it in the protective case (if included). Note the wrist circumference range: 13.5–23 cm.
