How To Use

Sit comfortably with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and relax for about 5 minutes before measuring.
Expose your wrist, place the cuff on the inside of the wrist about 1 cm below the base of your hand, and fasten it snugly (but not too tight).
Raise your wrist so that it is at the same height as your heart, hold still and press START/STOP to begin the measurement.
Wait for inflation and measurement; the screen will display systolic, diastolic pressure and pulse rate. The device also has a risk indicator scale and arrhythmia detection.
After measuring, you can access the memory to review stored values. To clear the memory for a user, press and hold both memory buttons until “CL 01” appears.
