How To Use

Sit down and relax for 5 minutes before measuring.
Rest your arm on a table, palm facing up, and keep it at heart level.
Slide the cuff onto your bare upper arm (left or right arm is fine).
The bottom edge of the cuff should be 2–3 cm above your elbow.
Make sure the air tube runs down the inside of your arm and aligns with your artery.
The cuff should be snug but not too tight—you should be able to fit 2 fingers under it.
Press the Start/Stop button once.
