Assemble the pump:

• Attach the pump handle and silicone membrane by pressing onto the pump attachment until it clicks.

• Screw the pump attachment firmly onto the bottle—ensure no leakage.
• Insert the silicone cushion (standard size) into the breast shield.
• If you use a different brand bottle (e.g., Avent or NUK), attach the adapter provided.
• Wash your hands thoroughly; ensure your breasts are clean and dry.

How to use the pump

• Choose a comfortable, quiet place. Sit with your upper body slightly leaning forwards; support your back if needed.
• Place the breast shield with the cushion gently over your breast such that your nipple is centred in the tunnel and no air pockets around the cushion. For proper suction the shield must be pressed firmly but gently onto the breast.
• Use the manual handle to pump:
• There are 2 pumping levels ("MIN" / "MAX") to vary the intensity. It is recommended to start at the lower level and increase only if comfortable.
• Continue pumping until milk flow slows. Change levels if needed for comfort and efficiency.
