• Unpack the pump and ensure all components are present and undamaged (bottle, pump attachment, tubing, motor unit, cushions, etc.).
• Clean and sterilize all parts that will contact milk (bottle, pump attachment, cushion, valve) before first use. Do not immerse the motor unit.
• Assemble the device:
• Screw the pump attachment onto the bottle securely.
• Insert the silicone tube into the pump attachment and motor unit.
• Choose the correct cushion size (standard or small) for your breast.
• Power options: The BY 60 can be used with the mains adapter (100-240 V) or with 4× AA batteries.

How to Use (Pumping)

• Find a comfortable, relaxed position; lean slightly forward so milk flows easily.
• Place the breast shield (with cushion) firmly over your breast so the nipple is centred in the tunnel and there aren’t air gaps.
• Turn the device on. Use the “Stimulation” phase first to encourage let-down, then switch to the “Expression” phase for milk collection. The BY 60 offers: 10 stimulation levels, 10 pumping (expression) levels
• Adjust suction level to what is comfortable—not painful. If discomfort occurs, reduce the level.
• When milk flow slows significantly, you can stop or switch breast, if needed. When done, turn off the pump. The BY 60 has an automatic shut-off after ~30 minutes.
