Placement: Place the scale on a flat, hard surface (not carpet or uneven). Ensure it’s stable.

Initial Setup:

• Insert the batteries (typically 2× 3 V CR2032 or as specified) if not already inserted.
• With the unit off, select your preferred unit (kg, lb, or st) if required.
• For each user: set your height in the memory/user profile so that the BMI calculation will be correct. (Refer to user manual)

Weighing & BMI:

• Step onto the scale with bare, dry feet. Stand still until the display settles.
• The scale will show your weight and then compute/display your BMI. The display will change colour according to your BMI category (normal, overweight, etc).
• Your result is stored under your user profile (if one is selected) for tracking.
