How To Use

  • Fold down the glass weighing plate (if folded). Press the ON/TARA button. Display shows “8888” briefly, then “0 g” (or selected unit) when ready.
  • Use the UNIT button to switch weighing units among grams (g), milliliters (ml), pounds/ounces (lb/oz), or fluid ounces (fl oz) as desired.
  • If you place a container on the scale before powering on, the scale will zero automatically.
  • If a container is placed after powering on, press ON to zero out the display so you weigh only the contents.
  • Adding ingredients: After tare, add items. If you wish to measure a next ingredient separately, press TARA again to reset to zero, then add the next item.
  • Timer/Clock function: The KS 52 includes a clock display and a timer (up to 99 minutes). Use the SET button to set time (hold ~3 seconds in standby), use the arrow keys for hour/minute, confirm with SET.
