How To Use

  • Ensure the device is switched off and unplugged. Attach one of the supplied massage heads.
  • Plug into the power outlet (220‑240 V, 50‑60 Hz) and place the handle comfortably.
  • Set the slide switch to “M” for tap/massage mode only, or to “M/H” (or “MH”) for massage plus infrared heat.
  • Use the intensity dial (if present) to adjust the strength of the massage. Move the device slowly over the muscle area you wish to treat.
  • Maximum recommended time on one muscle area is usually around 3 minutes; total session should not exceed 20 minutes.
  • After use, switch off the device, unplug it, allow it to cool down, and then store it in a dry place. Clean only with a slightly damp cloth.
