Upper arm blood pressure monitor

كيفية الاستخدام

  • Sit comfortably with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and your arm (with cuff) resting at heart level. Relax for about 5 minutes before measuring.
  • Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate and then gradually deflate while measurement takes place.
  • The display will show your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate. It will also indicate if arrhythmia was detected and classify the reading via a colour-coded risk scale.
  • After measurement the data is stored automatically (two user memories each with 60 readings). You can review stored values via the M (memory) button.
  • If you wish, for best comparisons measure at roughly the same time of day under similar conditions. Avoid measuring within 30 minutes of eating, smoking, alcohol, or exercise.
