كيفية الاستخدام

Prepare for measurement

  • Sit down, relax for about 5 minutes. Avoid measuring right after eating, drinking, smoking or exercising.
  • Ensure your arm is bare, uncrossed legs, and you’re in a comfortable upright position.

Fit the cuff correctly

  • Place the cuff on your upper arm (bare skin) so that the bottom edge is ~2–3 cm above the elbow. The cuff tube should point to the centre of your palm.
  • Fasten so two fingers can still slip under the cuff (i.e., snug but not overly tight).
  • Use the correct cuff size: standard (22‑36 cm) included; XL (35‑44 cm) optional.
