Reset the scale to zero

• Press the power button; when “0.00 kg” appears on the display, ensure nothing is hanging or attached to the strap.
• If it doesn’t read zero, press the button again to calibrate/zero the scale.

Attach the strap to your luggage

• Thread the strap of the scale through the handle of your suitcase or bag. Secure the clip/hook so that the luggage is hanging securely from the scale.

Lift the scale + luggage horizontally

• Hold the scale steady and lift it so the luggage is off the ground. Keep the scale level—don’t tilt it too much. The weight reading appears on the LCD screen.
• When the reading stabilises, the “HOLD” indicator will lock the reading for about 2 minutes.
