During treatment can choose between different massage areas along the entire spine

Secure the seat cover to the chair using the flexible fastening straps to keep it firmly in place. (Standard for Beurer seat covers)
Plug the device into the mains power supply (it uses a mains cord; no batteries).
Ensure you are seated upright, centered on the seat cover so the massage heads align along your spine.
Sit down gently, lean back until you feel comfortable and the massage contact is even.
On the hand-switch or control panel, turn on the device.
Select your massage area (upper back, lower back, or whole back) depending on your need. For similar models this is done via buttons often labelled A (upper), B (lower), A+B (whole).
Activate the heat / light function if available (the MG 205 spec mentions switchable light & heat).
Use the timer/auto-switch off feature: many Beurer seat covers automatically shut off after ~15 minutes to avoid overuse.
Relax in the seat cover for the massage duration. If you feel any discomfort, stop or adjust position.
