It comes up with 2 massage attachments.

This massager provides a penetrating massage without applying much force. It has an efficient design that makes it easy to use.

Ensure the device is switched off and unplugged. Attach one of the supplied massage heads.
Plug into the power outlet (220‑240 V, 50‑60 Hz) and place the handle comfortably.
Set the slide switch to “M” for tap/massage mode only, or to “M/H” (or “MH”) for massage plus infrared heat.
Use the intensity dial (if present) to adjust the strength of the massage. Move the device slowly over the muscle area you wish to treat.
Maximum recommended time on one muscle area is usually around 3 minutes; total session should not exceed 20 minutes.
After use, switch off the device, unplug it, allow it to cool down, and then store it in a dry place. Clean only with a slightly damp cloth.
