كيفية الاستخدام

Usual dose for adults and children from 10 years: 1 tablet daily (80 mg daily)
In case of a more pronounced iron deficiency, the dose can be increased to 2 tablets daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening (160 mg daily).
